Germany faces a structural shortage of housing in major urban markets and further lacks an offering of complementary professionally-managed single-family rental homes in key commuter markets. StadtLandHaus is our response.
WHAT
Purpose-built single-family homes acquired through forward structures with established developers.
Size
Plots min. 4,000 sqm GFA | target unit count per project minimum 35 | c. 85–130 sqm per unit.
Where
Commuter markets within 45 minutes of Tier 1 (Top 7) and 30 minutes of Tier 2 German cities, with undersupplied rental stock and growing household formation.
